RETURNS/REFUNDS

• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice. Moore Race Chassis will only accept returns on parts that have not been modified; comes in its original package; and appear like new. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee on any returned products.
• Order cancellation is done at the discretion of MRC staff, orders will NOT be cancelled if the production process has been started for the order. 
• Any cancelled orders will be subject to a mandatory 5% processing fee. 
• Cage Kits, Welded Chassis, and Custom Housings are NOT eligible for return or refund. Any custom made components including but not limited to: custom cut/bent chromoly tubing, custom cage kits, custom fabrication components, etc. are NOT eligible for return or refund for any reason.
• NON-MRC products are NOT eligible for return or refund. Any issues regarding product quality, issues, or defects must be addressed with the manufacturer. 
• Clearance and Used products are NOT eligible for return/refund for any reason and are sold "AS IS". 
• Before returning any part, you must call and you will be given a RMA#, which you must write on three sides of the box being returned. All shipping charges on return packages are prepaid only; No C.O.D.'s will be accepted on returns. No returns on special-order parts (including, but not limited to, housings, fiberglass / carbon fiber, chassis, welded frames, and any part made or ordered to customer specs, etc.). Since springs are a tuning item, and they cannot be returned unless defective.

CAGE KITS AND WELDED CHASSIS 

• Cage kits have up to a 2 week lead time
• If you order a cage kit between November 15th and January 15th, your order may have up to a 6 week lead time
• MUST CALL BEFORE ORDERING A WELDED CHASSIS
• If "commercial" shipping is selected at checkout and the address is determined to be "residential" by the freight carrier then the customer is responsible for extra charges. 
• "Commercial" shipping requires a business with a loading dock

SMALL ORDERS

• Small orders have up to a 7 day lead time for in-stock products

• Orders are shipped Monday-Friday
