Shipping, Returns, Refunds Policy

ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Order Inspection & Delivery

All orders must be inspected within 3 days of delivery to verify contents and condition.

Delivery is defined as the date the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, whether signed for, accepted, or left at the delivery location.

Any issues reported after this period will not be the responsibility of Moore Race Chassis.

Abandoned Orders:

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, refusal, or customer non-response may be subject to return shipping, storage, and re-delivery charges at the customer’s expense.


2. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Eligible returns must:
    • Be unused, unmodified, and in like-new condition
    • Include original packaging
  • A 30% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

Moore Race Chassis is NOT responsible for confirming fitment or order verification. NO refunds will be given for incompatible components.

Customer is solely responsible for verifying compatibility, measurements, and accuracy of any information provided. Moore Race Chassis is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect measurements, vehicle modifications, or inaccurate customer-provided information.

Items NOT eligible for return/refund/cancellation FOR ANY REASON include (but are not limited to):

  • Cage Kits
  • Drop-shipped items
  • BMRS fittings and hose
  • Tubing
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Housings
  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Welded chassis or frames
  • Non-MRC products
  • Cage Kit Add-Ons
  • Welded products (4 link bars, control arms, etc)

All clearance and used items are sold “AS IS” and are not eligible for return or refund.


3. Non-MRC Products

Products not manufactured by Moore Race Chassis are not eligible for return or refund. Any defects, warranty claims, or product issues must be handled directly with the original manufacturer.


4. Sales & Promotions

All purchases made during sales, promotions, or giveaways are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Cancelled orders are subject to a 7% processing fee.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order ships.

Processing fees may be deducted from any refund issued for canceled, refused, returned, or verification-failed orders where permitted.

  • Most in-stock items (excluding cage kits) ship within 24 hours, so cancellations must be made promptly.

6. Order Changes

  • Order changes may incur an additional fee.
  • Changes cannot be made once an order has:
    • Entered production
    • Shipped

7. Return Authorization (RMA)

  • You must contact us before returning any item to obtain an RMA number.
  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on three sides of the return package.
  • All return shipments must be prepaid.
  • C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping costs will only be waived if the item is confirmed to be defective.

8. Special Order & Custom Items

Special-order and custom-built parts (including housings, chassis, fiberglass/carbon fiber components, and made-to-spec items) are non-cancellable and non-returnable.


9. Billing & Shipping Address Verification

To protect against fraud, Moore Race Chassis reserves the right to require additional verification for any order.

If the shipping address differs from the billing address, we may require:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID
  • Proof of billing address matching the payment method

The name and address on the ID must match the billing information provided at checkout.

Failure or refusal to provide requested verification may result in:

  • Order delays
  • Order cancellation
  • Refund issued to the original payment method (subject to applicable processing fees)

Moore Race Chassis reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraudulent activity at its sole discretion.


CAGE KITS & WELDED CHASSIS

  • Cage kits may require up to 4 weeks lead time if not in stock.
  • Orders placed between November 1 – January 30 may require up to 8 weeks lead time.
  • Mild steel kits are typically not stocked.
  • Customers must call before ordering a welded chassis.

·         All production and shipping lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

·         Delays may occur due to material availability, production scheduling, or carrier issues.

·         Delays do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, discount, or chargeback.

·         Cage kits require professional fitting, notching, welding, fabrication, and modification. Minor trimming, adjustment, and fitment work should be expected.

Measurement & Fitment Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for verifying measurements, compatibility, and application. Moore Race Chassis is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements, assumptions, or customer-provided information.


FREIGHT & DELIVERY

  • Selecting “commercial” shipping requires a commercial address with a loading dock.
  • If the address is deemed residential by the freight carrier, the customer is responsible for any additional charges.
  • Shipping to government buildings, airports, secure facilities, ports, or military bases may incur additional charges.
  • All cage kit and welded chassis shipments require a delivery signature.

The customer (or authorized representative) must be present at delivery to inspect the shipment for visible damage.


DAMAGE CLAIMS

  • If damage is identified, the shipment must be refused at delivery and noted with the carrier.
  • If freight arrives damaged:
    • Refuse the shipment immediately
    • Notify both the carrier and Moore Race Chassis
    • Provide photos of the damage

Moore Race Chassis may assist with damage claims, however all risk transfers to the customer once the shipment is released to the carrier. Failure to inspect and refuse damaged shipments may result in denial of the claim.

Moore Race Chassis is not responsible for any damage claims on shipments that are:

  • Delivered without inspection
  • Accepted without noting damage
  • Left unattended at the delivery location

UNDELIVERABLE / ABANDONED SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or customer non-response:

  • Customer is responsible for all original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Storage fees
  • Re-shipment costs

SMALL ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • In-stock small orders may have up to a 7-day processing time.
  • Orders ship Monday through Friday.
