1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Order, Shipping, and Return Policies. If you do not agree, you may not purchase or use our products.

2. Intended Use & Assumption of Risk

All products sold by Moore Race Chassis are intended for off-road and/or racing use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Motorsports and high-performance vehicle use involve inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, serious injury, or death. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and assume all such risks.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moore Race Chassis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle damage
  • Loss of use
  • Loss of profits
  • Personal injury or death

In all cases, Moore Race Chassis’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

4. Installation & Use Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for proper installation and use of all products.

Cage kits and performance components require professional installation, welding, fabrication, and modification. Improper installation may result in product failure, property damage, serious injury, or death.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

5. Fitment & Compatibility

Due to the custom and performance nature of our products, the customer is responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific vehicle and setup prior to purchase.

Some products may require modification, fabrication, or professional adjustment for proper fitment.

Moore Race Chassis is NOT responsible for confirming fitment or order verification. NO refunds will be given for incompatible components.

6. Lead Times

All production and shipping lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to material availability, production scheduling, or carrier issues.

Delays do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, discount, or chargeback.

7. Measurement & Fitment Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for verifying measurements, compatibility, and application.

Moore Race Chassis is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements, assumptions, or customer-provided information.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, all products are sold “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

For products not manufactured by Moore Race Chassis, any warranty claims must be handled directly with the original manufacturer.

7. Shipping Risk & Title Transfer

All risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is released to the shipping carrier.

Moore Race Chassis may assist with freight claims, but the customer is responsible for proper inspection and refusal of damaged shipments at delivery.

8. Accepted Payment Regions & International Orders

Moore Race Chassis currently accepts orders and payments from customers located within the United States and Canada only.

Orders placed with billing or shipping addresses outside of these regions will be automatically canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

At this time, international orders outside of the United States and Canada are not accepted through our website.

Customers located outside these regions who wish to place an order must contact us directly prior to purchasing:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet our regional payment and shipping requirements.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Moore Race Chassis to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Account restrictions
  • Recovery of fees, costs, and expenses
  • Legal action where applicable

10. Right to Refuse Service

Moore Race Chassis reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at its sole discretion, for any reason including but not limited to suspected fraud or abuse.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, products, specifications, and related materials are the intellectual property of Moore Race Chassis.

They may not be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, or distributed without prior written consent.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moore Race Chassis, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Product use or misuse
  • Improper installation
  • Violation of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Missouri.

14. Updates to Terms

Moore Race Chassis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
