Your G-Body has outrun its 8.50 cert. Take it to 25.5 without starting over.

No need to cut out your 8.50 cage. This kit adds the bars needed to bring your MRC G-Body 8.50 cage up to NHRA 25.5 spec. It is the most cost-effective way to certify a quicker car.

TUBES IN GREY ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Kit is Un-Notched due to variations in non-MRC kits and variations in 8.50 installations

• Upgrades an MRC 78-88 G-Body 8.50 cage kit to 25.5
• Certifiable to 25.5 according to NHRA specs, good for 7.50 seconds at 3,600 lbs
• Fits 1978-1988 GM G-Body: Monte Carlo, Regal, Cutlass, Malibu, Grand Prix and more
• Does NOT fit the El Camino
• Design not compatible with 4 door or convertible

• 4130 chromoly
• Welding required
